Ernesto Toledo Reyna

Ernesto Toledo Reyna is a Law Clerk with Wilson Law Group. Ernesto is a Litigation Attorney originally from Guatemala, and earned his Bachelor of Law degree at the Universidad del Istmo. Ernesto worked as an Associate Attorney in a Spanish Law Firm based in Guatemala City in the Litigation Department where he practiced Civil, Criminal, and Constitutional Litigation. While he was a Law Student, he did an International Internship in a Central American Law Firm based in Panama City where he expanded his knowledge in comparative Law. Ernesto earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.

As an immigrant Ernesto has a strong interest in Immigration Law and in helping immigrants in the U.S. During his time here, Ernesto has volunteered at immigration court where he was an observer and was able to document hearings for noncitizens in removal proceedings. In doing this Ernesto helped to identify, bring visibility and end systematic human rights violations arising in the context of civil immigration enforcement.

Ernesto enjoy sports, playing guitar and in addition to English and Spanish, he speaks a little bit of Portuguese.
