Piero Torres Marruffo

Piero is a legal assistant at Wilson Law Group and works on a variety of immigration matters. Piero was born and raised in Lima, Peru. He recently graduated from Macalester College, where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy with a concentration in Legal Studies. Piero has been passionate about the law since his sophomore year and is excited to use the tools at his disposal to help immigrant communities.

Thanks to a scholarship he won in 2016, Piero has had the chance of studying and volunteering in 5 different countries in the past 7 years. In one of his most influential travels, Piero took a semester studying in The Hague, in the Netherlands, where he studied International Criminal Law and International Dispute Settlement. This experience assured Piero that he wants to use the law to create a meaningful impact in his local communities.

Piero enjoys dancing, cooking for people, playing guitar, and going for runs by the river in his spare time.
