Maria Fernanda Ortigoza

Maria Fernanda Ortigoza is an Legal Secretary at Wilson Law Group. Originally from Medellin, Colombia, she earned her degree in International Business and International Relations in the university Politecnico GranColombiano. There she developed a strong foundation in cross-cultural communication and global perspectives. In 2021, she moved to Oregon as an Au Pair, an experience that deeply shaped her personal and professional journey. Navigating her own immigration process gave her firsthand insight into the complexities of the U.S. immigration system and inspired her passion for immigration law.

Motivated by this experience, Maria pursued further studies in Marketing to strengthen her communication and client engagement skills. At Wilson Law Group, she provides organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented support to attorneys and clients, ensuring every case is handled with care and professionalism. She is passionate about connecting with diverse cultures, exploring new places, spending time in nature, and teaching. She works with purpose, bringing empathy and a global perspective to every client she serves.
