Margueritte Maloney

 

Biography

As a Legal Assistant at Wilson Law Group, Margueritte helps clients navigate a variety of immigration processes, including citizenship and residency applications, asylum cases, and U-visas. She is passionate about human rights and social justice, bringing a deep commitment to every case she works on.

Margueritte graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Political Science, Spanish Studies, and Global Studies with a focus on human rights. She spent time studying abroad in Toledo, Spain, where she taught English as a Second Language in local schools. She has experience volunteering with the Advocates for Human Rights as an observer in immigration court, where she worked to identify and highlight human rights violations in civil immigration enforcement.

When she’s not at work, Margueritte enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
