  Here is a synopsis of the firm's attorneys.

Carrie L. Anderson is an Associate Attorney at Wilson Law Group. Carrie practices in the area of immigration law. She is a graduate of St. Thomas School of Law. Carrie earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. While completing her undergraduate degree, Carrie volunteered in Mozambique, working with displaced flood victims. As a law student, she worked as a student attorney at the Interprofessional Clinic at St. Thomas, her work earned her the Dean's Award for Clinic Service. During law school, she interned at the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy, with the forestry department. After taking the bar, Carrie spent four months studying Spanish in Costa Rica. Carrie is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Assocation. She volunteers regularly for the detained immigration court calendar project and La Linea project.  Carrie is also an attorney for Civil Society, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting victims of human trafficking and family abuse.

Cassondre K. Buteyn is an Associate Attorney at Wilson Law Group. Cassondre practices in the area of immigration law. Cassondre is a graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law (cum laude). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from Drake University. She has studied and lived in Sevilla, Spain and worked with foreign exchange students. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. Cassondre also volunteers regularly for the detained immigration court calendar project and La Linea project. Cassondre appears regularly on a local radio station to answer legal questions for the station's listeners. Cassondre is the co-attorney of record in Pavlovich v. Gonzales, 476 F.3d 613 (8th Cir. 2007) and Flores Calderon v. Gonzales, 472 F.3d 1040 (8th Cir. 2007).  Cassondre is also an attorney for Civil Society, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting victims of human trafficking and family abuse.

C. Alexander Cazales is an Associate Attorney at Wilson Law Group, where he practices in the area of family law. Alex is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota and the State of Florida. Alex graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2007. During law school, Alex worked with Linea Legal Latina, a non-profit organization which aids Latinos in the metro area seek legal services. Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the William Paterson University of New Jersey, from which he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2003.

Hetal Dalal is an Associate Attorney at Wilson Law Group. She is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota, U.S. District Court of Minnesota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Hetal practices in the areas of immigration law and general civil litigation. Hetal's practice focuses on employment-based immigration, with a particular expertise in immigration matters for physicians, biomedical researchers, engineers, and health care professionals. She also represents individuals and institutions with complex J-1 exchange visa issues, including hardship waivers, interested government agency waivers, and no objection letters. Hetal has an extensive record of obtaining immigration benefits for foreign nationals based on their extraordinary abilities in the sciences. She also has extensive civil litigation experience, including the areas of contract litigation and intellectual property issues.
Hetal graduated from law school Magna Cum Laude in 2001, and clerked for the Honorable Kathleen A. Blatz, Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court (ret.), for the 2001-2002 term. After her clerkship, Hetal worked as an associate attorney at the international law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski, where she practiced with the intellectual property litigation group in the Minneapolis office. Before law school she worked as a community organizer and union organizer. Hetal obtained her Bachelor's degree at the University of Redlands, Johnston Center, where she graduated phi beta kappa.
Hetal is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and Minnesota Women Lawyers.  Hetal is the attorney of record in the published case of Diallo v. Mukasey, ---  F.3d ----, 2007 WL 4072491 (8th Cir. 2007)

Malee Ketelsen is an associate with Wilson Law Group. Malee is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, National Immigration Project, Minnesota State Bar Association and the St. Paul Jaycees. She has received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award and served as volunteer legal counsel to the St. Paul Jaycees. Currently Malee is a volunteer Attorney at Chrysalis Law Clinic. She has given presentations and provided her expertise on H-2B visas, international student issues, and pro bono opportunities for lawyers in immigration law. Currently, she is the liaison between the Minnesota & Dakotas AILA chapter and the Immigration & Customs Enforcement office.

Susan A. Koberstein is an Associate Attorney at Wilson Law Group, where she practices in the areas of immigration and general civil litigation. Susan handles a wide variety of immigration matters, with a particular focus on detention and removal cases. Susan has significant experience representing clients before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the U.S. consulates abroad, and the field, service, and asylum offices of the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service. Susan is a 1995 graduate of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, from which she received a Distinguished Alumna Award in 2007. She is a former Adjunct Clinical Professor at Hamline Law School, where she taught the Immigration Clinic from 2002-2006. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Spanish, and Latin-American Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her international experience includes periods of study and travel in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Mexico. Prior to joining Wilson Law Group, Susan practiced with the law firm of Centro Legal, Inc. from 1995-2006, and with the Minnesota Legal Services Coalition from 2006-2008. Susan supervised the Immigration Practice Unit at Centro Legal, where she also practiced in the areas of employment, consumer, housing, and government benefits law. She frequently trains other attorneys on issues of immigration law, particularly on the immigration consequences of criminal activity. Her volunteer commitments have included work with the Minnesota Detention Project, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA), the Minnehaha United Walk-In Legal Clinic, and the United Way. Susan is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she serves as the local chapter’s non-profit liaison.

Carrie Skrip is an Associate Attorney at Wilson Law Group.  She is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law.  Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in international relations and public relations from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  Carrie has studied in Bilbao and Seville, Spain.  In Bilbao, Carrie worked with the Chamber of Commerce to implement a functioning ADR plan. Carrie also worked previously as a legal apprentice in Rome, Italy.  Carrie is TEFL certified and taught English as a Second Language in Prague, Czech Republic for a year before attending law school.  Carrie is a Rule 114 Third Party Neutral within the Minnesota State Court System.  Carrie is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  Carrie is also an attorney for Civil Society, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting victims of human trafficking and family abuse.

David L. Wilson is the principal of Wilson Law Group. David is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota, U.S. District Court of Minnesota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. David attended the University of St. Thomas and then graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law with cum laude honors.  David served as the Executive Editor to the William Mitchell Law Review and subsequently served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Roland J. Faricy (ret.) in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
David is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association. David is the current Chair of the Minnesota / Dakotas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a member of AILA National’s Board of Governors. David previously served as an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law where he co-taught immigration law. He also served an adjunct law professor for the William Mitchell College of Law, teaching Writing Research Advocacy and Presentation from 2003 to 2006. David currently is an adjunct law professor in William Mitchell College of Law's Immigration Law Clinic and also teaches Appellate Advocacy.  David is a frequent guest speaker on many legal topics in Minnesota and nationally.  David is also an attorney for Civil Society, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to assisting victims of human trafficking and family abuse with legal assistance in family and immigration law matters.
David is an attorney of record in the published decisions of Pavlovich v. Gonzales, 476 F.3d 613 (8th Cir. 2007), Flores Calderon v. Gonzales, 472 F.3d 1040 (8th Cir. 2007), Kanyi v. Gonzales, 406 F.3d 1087 (8th Cir. 2005), and Zabra A. Mohamed, et al. v.
